Whitfield
Caroline Whitfield has been an active entrepreneur in
the food and drink sector in northern Scotland for many years.
She was also a judge for 5 years of the Queen's Award for Innovation
and was a co-founder of the Marine Stewardship Council. A pioneer in
applying commercial solutions to sustainability issues, including to
social enterprises in the Highlands.
Caroline brings commercial expertise as well as a track record of
creating new premium brands and has won 19 international awards for
innovation, design and product excellence, plus Scottish Exporter of
the year, she lives in Nairn.
